| Tl-the contact owns a 2005 ford five hundred. the contact was driving various speeds with the air conditioner in activation when warm air began emitting through the vents. the vehicle was taken to the dealer five times for the similar failure and repaired. the failure continued after the repairs were performed. most recently, the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where the air compressor was being replaced. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 5,000. the vin was unavailable. kmj | |||

| Tl-the contact owns a 2005 ford five hundred. while driving at approximately 5 mph pressure was applied to the brake pedal and she could hear squeaking coming from the brakes. the failure began to occur a majority of the time pressure was applied to the brake pedal. she was notified by the manufacturer of an unknown brake recall so the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where it was repaired. the failure continues. while parked she opened the front passenger side door and noticed water was leaking from the bottom of the door panel. the vehicle was never taken to be examined for the cause of failure but she installed window rain guards on all four windows. the failure continues. while driving at approximately 35 mph she could feel shaking in the steering wheel. the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where the oem motor mount and bracket were replaced. the failure has not recurred. she also stated that while parked she turned on the air conditioner but there was only minor air flow coming from the vents. the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where a new compressor and expansion valve were installed. the failure has not recurred. the failure mileage was unknown and the current mileage was 80,000. sm. | |||
