| The exhaust muffler holding hook is severly rusted. part was replaced by the dealer in 05/03/11. replaced part is severly rusted again. vehicle has 7500 miles only. the vehicle is driven to a minimum during the winter months. this is a potential hazard since the mufler could fall off the car while driving due to execive rust of the supports. | |||

| Tl- the contact owns a 2011 ford flex. the contact stated that whenever the vehicle was accelerating to pass another vehicle, fumes would come into the cabin of the vehicle. the contact stated the fumes come in when the vents are closed and when the windows are open. the contact stated the fumes only come through when the vehicle is being accelerated at a high rate of speed. the fumes and smell would cause nausea and it would burn the eyes. the contact took the vehicle to the dealer and was told the transmission filler cap needed to be replaced and the o-ring that was used was too big. the contact stated it took three visits for the dealer to figure out what was calling the odor. the vin was not accepted at the time of the complaint. the failure mileage was 1,500 and the current mileage was 9,000.rl | |||

| My vehicle will act as if it is in neutral when i pull away from a stop. the engine revs with no forward movement then the transmission bangs into gear and the vehicle proceeds. the hesitation could cause an accident. there are numerous reports from other owners on the fordflex.net forum about this, ford has not been able to help me rectify the problem. this happended to me as well, and has happened on 3 occasions ford has loked, but not found any problem or solution | |||
