| 2011 ford focus @ 1281 miles on 3/4/2011- windsheild wiper blades not clearing winshield and lift off glass. wiper blades then broke off of wiper arm due to defective plastic clip attachment. drivers side blade partially detached while driving at highway speeds in heavy rain and became trapped under passanger blade disabling it. passenger blade had to be replaced due to cracking of plastic clip 1 week later @ 1587 miles. both blades were replaced at a ford dealership with non-defective parts at no cost to owner. | |||

| Tl-the contact owns a 2010 ford focus. while driving approximately 65 mph with the sun roof closed the sun roof glass shattered. she stated nothing hit the sun roof nor was she driving under a over path. she pulled over and inspected the vehicle. the vehicle was driven immediately to the dealer. the dealer advised her that the sun roof glass needed replacing. she stated the dealer replaced the glass. the dealer and the manufacturer did not taken an responsibility for the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 15,500. vwb | |||
