 Prior to recall 98v-323 vehicle experienced stress, corrosion and cracking resulting in fracture and loss of structural integrity. consumer claims to have never received recall notice. when attempting to have vehicle repaired, dealer stated that the recall had already been performed and the recall is no longer in effect. consumer has filed a complaint with consumer protection. manufacturer notified. *tt
