 Tl*the contact owns a 2005 ford freestar. the contact stated that the rims on her vehicle were designed to hold water. the rims were pitted and rusty, according to the contact. she was concerned that the design was faulty and the rims might fail in ten years. she called the dealer and was given the number to another dealer. the dealer stated that the rim was the thickest metal part of the vehicle and nothing was wrong. the purchase date and powertrain were unknown. the current mileage was 21,315 and failure mileage was less than 10,000.
