| Tl-the contact owns a 2012 ford fusion. the contact stated that an abnormal noise and shaking was exhibited by the vehicle upon starting. the vehicle was taken to the dealer who advised the contact that they were unable to repair the vehicle because they could not determine the cause of the failure. the manufacturer was notified who advised the contact that they would send an investigator to further inspect the failure. the investigator never showed up and the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was 1,000 and the current mileage was 1, 3000. kmj | |||
