| Tl- the contact owns a 2012 ford fusion. the contact stated that while driving the contact noticed the passenger side headlight would only illuminate partially. the vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing. the technician stated the headlight was manufactured that way and no adjustment could be performed. additionally, the contact stated the rear driver side door retained water inside when it rained or snowed. the technician stated there was a clog in the drain which would have to be cleaned. after the drain was cleared the failure continued. the vehicle was taken back to the dealer where the technician stated there was no repair for the failure. the contact was concerned of corrosion. the vehicle was not repaired. the approximate failure mileage was 1,500. pmb | |||

| The driver's side inside door handle has broken twice and cut my finger twice in less than 36,000 miles of driving the vehicle. i can only barely open the door now. i bought the car new. the door handle plastic is too weak to open the door and when it flexes the chrome plating splits open and cuts the driver's fingers when attempting to open the door. the door is an emergency exit. the door handle should never break in the lifetime of the car. the external door handles are all plastic as well and could also easily break. don't call. i won't get any messages. *tr | |||

| I went to my car one rainy morning to discover the front windows were down and the moon roof was open, and the seats and floor were soaking wet. i filed a police report thinking it was vandalism. the open windows and moon roof occurred again this past weekend and between google and the owners manual, found out this is a feature that happens if the unlock key is depressed for a short time, as can happen when the key is in your pocket. this could give anybody access to the garage door opener which would put my family and house at risk, as well as the contents of the vehicle. this feature was not disclosed when i purchased the vehicle and it can only be disabled by the dealer. | |||
