| I received a recall notice from ford (recall #05s28). as instructed, on september 20, 2007, i had the cruise control disconnected at a ford dealership and was told the part is on order. i have contacted the dealer many times and the part is apparently unavailable to resolve ford's defective equipment. i sent an email to ford motor company requesting contact from them concerning this issue and have not heard from them either. please help. *tr | |||
