| Consumer purchased vehicle new from dealership with 16 miles on the odometer. approximately 6 months after purchase the consumer began hearing a squealing noise coming from rear suspension while driving. the dealer diagnosed that vehicle had been in a frontal and rear collision prior to sale as new. consumer took vehicle to different body shops and confirmed diagnosis. the dealer admitted that vehicle had been in an accident prior to sale as new, but advised consumer it is manufacturer's problem. consumer contacted manufacturer who advised it's a dealer issue. *nlm | |||
