The front seat head rest in my 2003 ford mustang gt do not provide sufficient support/restraint in the event of a rear collision. no adjustments are provided except for a minor amount of elevation from top of seat back. *nlm

While driving, the drivers seat began to move forward. i don't know if it did it automatically or if it was bumped. however, the button to move the seat is in front of the seat and it sticks out which did make it easy to bump against accidentally with your legs while shifting gears and driving. *jb
