Complained to dealer ( local) about sagging springs and was told that replacement was the correcting factor. this model (stx) has different (heavy-duty?) springs than other ranger models. i would like to know the content of any tsb's relating to this problem. i have seen several tsb listings on alldata's web site but can go no further.

While driving home the truck dropped on the passenger's side suddenly. the front spring housing on the passenger's side of 1993 v6 ford ranger truck rusted and broke. this could have been catastrophic if i would have been on the highway driving at 55 mph. please advise if this was something that ford knew about, and if they were willing to fix it. the truck is in good shape otherwise and runs well- just leaks a little engine oil. *ak
