| Tl*the contact owns a 2006 ford ranger xlt. while driving between 35-40 mph down a two-lane, dry mountain road, the vehicle began to sway uncontrollably across the road when the brake pedal was depressed. the vehicle failed to slow down and the vehicle veered off the road and traveled 60 feet down the snow covered mountain. the vehicle then rolled over four times. the failure occurred without warning. the air bags failed to deploy. the police and ambulance were called to the scene and a police report was filed. the driver was transported to the hospital and sustained moderate injuries. the vehicle was towed to a collision center. the insurance company has not determined the damages that the vehicle sustained. the failure and current mileages were 44,000. | |||
