| Consumer states while in the process of rotating tires, he noticed cracks and splits in the sidewalls of two tires, consumer visited the nearest firestone dealer and after inspection consumer was told all four wilderness at tires (p245/75r16) would be replaced, but at the time tires were not in stock and an appointment was made to come back in, consumer did return but the original technician was not available therefore consumer was told that tires would be $576.37 consumer advised technician that he was told tires would be replaced free of charge, technician advised consumer that he would not be able to give him the tires free of charge. *jb | |||
