| I hit a deer that ran out in front of me. i was doing 45 mph. my airbag didn't deploy. called local dealership,talked to service dept. mgr.he said it was probably alright, told me to bring it in and they would check computer . called ford moter company to see how to get info. about defect, they referred me baack to local dealer. i don't want to get behind wheel of car with defective airbag, i don't know when it will go off, explained this to both places. ford told me i would have to apply for a form to have it disconnected. i don't feel that i should have to go thru this when this is original factory installed part and it didn't work correctly. wanda b. salyer | |||
