 Consumer stated before buying vehicle noticed that air bag light was coming on. after buying vehicle dealer refused to fix it.*ak consumer states motor mount is broken so shifting,starting, stopping or any other movement in the car would lift the engine in an upward motion, the front marker light needed to be replaced on the driver's side, air bag equipment malfunctioned due to the module sensor was defective, the brakes needed to have the master cylinder replaced, radiator needed to be replaced, serpentine belt was replaced, timing gear gasket, hood latch was broken hood would not stay down while driving down road, also security system needed to be reset.*jb

 One of the bulbs in the high mounted brake light failed. when i opened the assembly, i discovered evidence of very high heat. one bulb was partially melted, as were the sockets for both bulbs. the bulbs were the factory originals. this clearly presents a danger of fire. *ak

 1995 ford tauras and the headlights have discolored so badly that it is very difficult to see at night. i have tried all types of plastic cleaners and nothing works. the only alternative is to replace the lens with new. i called ford and they have no recall for this hazardous condition. i have also noticed other tauras' on the road with the same condition.

 Headlights are fogged, causing bad lighting. independent mechanic stated problem was the lens.*ak the consumer stated he had to use high beams to see anything at night. *yh

 While driving the vehicle the headlights go out. dealer has fixed and problem still exists. *ak first occasion, dealer stated problem was fixed and when consumer came to pick up vehicle, found a dashboard light for the headlights was not lit, on the 3rd day of repair, dealer stated a wire had broken in the connector to the multi-function switch, this had been replaced 2 years prior, other electical components have failed including the door locks, seat belt buzzers, key left in ignition buzzer, courtesy light, and others, consumer told dealer that on one occasion while shutting the driver's door she could hear a noise that sounded like something was shorting out. *slc

 I have a1995 ford tarus vin 1falp52uxsa 308916 my left tail light is out. i bought a new bulb.i cant figure out how to get to the light to replace the bulb.i went to the 389 page owners manual.it does not tell you how change the bulb.i called for 18003923673. i spoke to miss anesha no. 3086. she could not find it in the manual. i asked her to find out how i change a simple bulb so i wont cause an accident or get a ticket. she said she didn't know how to fax me. she said she could not email me. she said she could not call me back or have anyone call me or faxor email me.i went to the internet for ford while on the phone with anesha. and tried to register so i could submit my question. she could not do it and i could not do it. i t did not allow me to register a usa car. it would if i were in canada and i could not do it. if i cant change my own light bulb with out paying for a service call then the car should be pulled of the market. thanks for any help you you h ave time for. brian nelson 31 gessner rd. houston, tx 713-467-3025, fax. 713-4673192

 The left turn signal cannot be held in unless the wheels are pointed directly ahead. the dealer service department told me that the defect is inherent with this model car, the 1995 ford taurus. *nlm

 Left turn signal cannot be put in and held in to turn left. only when steering wheel is straight or to the right does the turn signal switch work properly. dealer states it is inherent with the vehicle. *ak
