Vehicle: one owner 2004 ford taurus wagon, 73,500 miles, no accidents. passenger side front coil spring fractured resulting in catastrophic puncture of the tire. fortunately, this occurred as i was backing out of the garage so there was no accident. the fracture surface was clean and showed no evidence of prior damage other than slight surface corrosion. | |||
