| Tl - the contact owns a 2010 ford taurus. the contact stated that his vehicle has a hid lighting system and it has a single set of head lights, as result he is unable to see when approaching a hill and the lights cause others drivers that are coming on the opposite direction to be blinded by the lights. the manufacturer was contacted and they advised to contact the dealer. the vehicle was taken to the dealer and they only adjusted the lights not fixing the problem. the failure mileage was 770 and current mileage was 14,000. pm | |||

| Tl. the contact owns a 2011 ford taurus. the contact stated while driving 25 mph night with the headlights on low beam the contact stated it's difficult to see. the contact took the vehicle to a dealer to have the headlights checked. the dealer stated their is no problem with the headlights and their is nothing to repair or replace. the contact is not satisfied and wants the manufacturer to do something to fix the visibility of the headlights. the contact stated this could cause a crash while driving on a country road. the failure mileage as 1,400. jo | |||
