| Tl*the contact owns a 2002 forest river salem 5th wheel camper (na). the contact received a recall notice informing him that his dometic refrigerator needed to be repaired. he took the vehicle in for service, but the heat shield would not fit properly. the shield was forced into place, which caused the coolant tube to crack. the following day, the contact and his wife took the vehicle on vacation and noticed that the refrigerator was inoperative. when they returned home, they took the vehicle back to the dealer that performed the previous repairs. the dealer stated that they would need to dismantle the compartment to locate the failure. the vehicle has not yet been repaired. the recall number, vin, and mileage information were unknown. | |||
