| Tl-the contact owns a 2010 freedom tl 14 foot trailer. while driving 50 mph and hauling the trailer the hydraulic brake fail. the electronic brake would not stop the trailer and cause it to crash into her vehicle. the damage dented the bumper of her vehicle and bent another vehicle front bumper. the trailer was total and had to be towed. no one was injuried. the dealer was not notified and the manufacturer was not notified. the failure mileage was 2,500 | |||

| Tl-the contact owns a freedom model t220 attached to a 2005 gmc g3500. while stopped he notice the three weld points that was attached to the frame of the trailer had broken. he called the manufacture and left them a message that he was ed traveling when the failure occurred. he then located a trailer repair shop and they are rebuild the entire hitch assembly of the trailer. the trailer was purchased two months ago. the approximate failure and current mileage were 1,500. vwb | |||
