Vin not fun trailer its frieght imports trailers: make chang ; 1400 max payload; four lug wheel 12 inch. the sales pesonal are not providing demos of trailer as it is a kit. the axle is not heat treated and cambered to properly to sustain the load limits. flatbed design is foldable and steel suffent strong for the load. the persons i have talked to have had axle fail and observation is that it not cambered very long. axle stays uncambered after loading and unloading. the manufacuture is providing product that fails after a short warantee. further as the load pushes down on the leaf springs the tire is less that 2 inchs clearance to the fender. axle bolts protrude from the leafspring contacting frame, limiting travel and causing stress fractures the older design had the fender incorperated into the leafspring allowing adjustment for the weight. pine nut stuck in tire or other debri causes heat and tread wear. heat would overstress the tire and explode. the trailer is hazzard on highway loaded because of the improper camber of the axle. once the trailer is built the purchaser has to unnut castel nuts inorder to return product, this along with summer heat distroys the locking ability of the plastic locknuts. aircraft nuts are fast but not substute for leafsprings and no tork specs are provided. nut thread plasticity must be acheaved ( not provided is locktight brand threadlock) and the owners manual recomendation that the owner check the nuts before each trip. road vibrations cause aircraftnuts to vibrate and come off in summers higher heat areas. for the reasons stated the sales of the trailer without a round axle causes consumer expenses unnecessary and insurance cost associated with dangerous vehicle. the >2000 lb. trailer has same axle design (larger) and information is not provided at the time of the sales does not say that it perminate damagews the axle. only the parts information tech advises before public scale. *tr
