| Transmission does not work properly. have had it repaired twice, but still vibrates, and fails to move vehicle forward at times, from a dead stop. is very dangerous at intersections where moving quickly is imperative. also wiring problems which operate various remote instruments (mirrors, seats, etc.) fear of fire. rear door latch was replaced - clicks locked/unlocked while driving. seats move on their own while driving. *nlm | |||

| The drivers side rear seat bottom cushion has 2 latch hooks protruding from the floor and openings for 2 latches but only 1 latch is installed. told by dealer that all envoys are that way. seat wobbles and tider-todders when 1 passenger sits in the middle position and another in the driver's rear.*ak | |||

| Appears that vehicle manufacturer has opted to not install all rear seat bottom latches on the rear passenger seating. this is being reported by several vehicle owners of the 2002 chevy trailblazer/gmc envoy line. in the event of a collision, having only one latch on the larger split seat may cause the the seat to be jarred loose which in turn could potentially result in passenger injury. i would like to know how many other owners have reported this, and if there's plans by gm to correct this situation. | |||
