| Own 2002 envoy from gmc,after 15,000 miles developed a grinding noise in wheels.have been back to dealer and spoke to gmc direct.they have tried to correct 5 times.they acknowledge problem in axle.have put conversion kit in to correct,which didn't work.mechanic claims dealership have two other envoy's with same problem.i believe this maybe a manufacturing defect.they are trying to resolve this problem for me.i am not requesting any help with this issue.i want this at least to be a matter of record for any future complaints which may come your way. | |||

| 2002 envoy wheel studs broke completely off 3 times. *ts ***no answer required*** the studs always break off in the same location, the driver's side rear wheel. the wheels have been rotated by the dealer every 7/8000 miles. *nm | |||
