| Dt*: the contact stated while driving at any given speed on normal road conditions, the contact's power seat moved by itself. because it happened unexpectedly, it created unsafe driving conditions. the seat can be manually reset however resetting the seat would not prevent the malfunctioning from recurring. when the incidents first occurred, the vehicle was under warranty. the vehicle was taken to the dealer on 5/12/06 and has been there for 37 days so far with no repairs. | |||
