SUSPENSION - FRONT
107/15/2002
Front driver's side of vehicle sagged. tires stuck out 2 inches more on the passenger's side than on the driver's side. a spacer was installed on the driver's side spring to make the body of the vehicle appear leveled. consumer felt installing a spring did not alleviate the problem and the sagging was even more obvious. dealership found the spring bracket on the frame was improperly welded into the wrong position. manufacturer advised to install a lifter on the frame and a spacer in the spring on the left side. consumer felt this was unsafe and is not happy with the manufacturer's solution to the failure. *tt *jb
