| Two weeks ago a warning light went on indicating service air bag. took car in for service today and summary from tech was performed tech two diagnostic scan. found diagnostic trouble code b0087 supplemental inflatable restraint circuit. further diagnosis is needed. decided to explore via internet and found that there appears to be a service bulletin on this issue: nhtsa #10023755. if the dealer was aware of this, they did not state anything. suggestion from dealer was that they replace the sensor and if that did not work they would need to replace the sensor computer. *tr | |||

| The front passenger air bag sensor goes on and off when my wife sits in it. she weights 112 lbs. this has happened since the day we purchased the vehicle new at the dealer. we are very concerned about this and the dealership gave us blanket statements. the dealership has replaced the sensor in the seat, however the same problem persists. the service manager mike witnessed the problem. as mentioned, we are very very concerned. *tr | |||
