SEAT BELTS - FRONT
02/19/200309/18/2002
The tension of the driver side built-in-seat seatbelt causes pain in left shoulder even after a short drive. i checked the tension in another gmc car and it appears to be the same. the dealership cannot modify the belt to reduce the tension, and gmc customer service refers me back to the dealership. requests to get gmc's technical department involved were denied - i would have to go to the dealership.

Passenger safety belt to short to lock belt. ( gmc quick fix add a piece of belt material with two buckles) cheap gm fix for a $35k suv second row rear seat belts are not sufficiently long to accommodate 2 adult passengers. the two problems were reported to the gm dealership and found that there is no kind of fix for the rear seat passenger.( we were told to wait ). *jb
