| Recall for the speedometer in 2003/2004 the there was a recall in 2003/2004 for the speedometer and when i took my car in for another problem i showed the recall letter and they said they only could change it if there was any problem. past 7 years and less than 70.000 miles the speedometer stopped working when i parked my car. i took my car in to get fixed and they charge me for it, because it has passed 7 years and the warranty for the recall had expired. if there was a problem before they knew it that sooner or later we would have a problem with the speedometer. this is safety if someone drives a car in the freeway and the speedometer just stopped, what it's going to happen if you don't know your speed. | |||
