I have a 2005 gmc yukon xl and was almost hit because i could not turn effectively. when turning right at low speed the vehicle loses power steering capability. when i took it in to be looked at the repair shop said there is a repair note that the car will do this and to put on a larger steering/hydraulic part to try to stop the loss of power but that it still might happen due to a design problem. i had my grandson in the car and 15yr and all could have been killed. the problem is still happening whenever you try to turn right. *tr
