Information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6) this is [xxx] from illumatek and i wanted to forward this interesting bit of info...this gentleman on e-bay (thunderbuffaloproductions) is not only infringing on my patent and harley davidson's artwork. he is also jeopardizing my legal operation and permission to use my shields on the roads ...he is using too many lights making these a hazard instead of a safety item. he has no d.o.t. stamp on any products and he is selling these windshields flat and asking customers to bend them into their shapes...this causes unnecessary stress to the lexan and they will break if hit with even a small piece of debris. if the d.o.t. has any power to stop this guy from manufacturing these shields i would appreciate it very much. i have studied and kept my shields to the highest standard and above, my shields also have the serial number and patent number engraved into them. just so you never get the two confused...this guy makes dangerous pieces of detritus and i manufacture safety shields. i am very concerned for riders that have purchased this mans product...i invented my shields to help save lives; not endanger the very customers i ride alongside.....thank you for any assistance.....[xxx] ..illumatek llc any questions call [xxx] *tr
