Defect SummaryThe air cleaner baffle plate can detach and lodge in the throat of the carburetor.
Consequence SummaryThis condition can impede the ability of the throttleplate to return to the idle position increasing the potential for a vehicleaccident or loss of control of the motorcycle.

 I lost my h-d flhr-i rear drive belt at 70 mhp.it is a 2001 with 13078 miles. the dealer replaced my belt under goodwill,but charged me 100.00 administration fee. i also paid a124.00 tow bill.i was told that h-d had problems with that year belt by the dealer and factory. the factory told me no reinburstment. *ak
