 Tl* the contact owns a 2003 flhpi harley davidson motorcycle. while driving at 15 mph and attempting to merge into traffic, the electrical components on the vehicle failed, as well as the brakes. the contact was thrown from the vehicle and suffered severe head injuries. as a result, the contact was in a coma for 3 months. before the crash occurred, the contact received nhtsa recall notice id number 04v134000 (electrical system: fuses and circuit breakers) and stated that the recalled part contributed to the crash. the police report number was not available. the manufacturer disagreed and stated that he crash was potentially due to driver error and would provide no assistance. the failure and current mileages were not available.
