| Tl- the contact owns a 2008 harley davidson flhtcu. the contact was in a crash. the vehicle had dunlop d402 tires; size: mu85b16 m/c77h tires; dot#: 301823 daf4m18m. while riding 70 mph, the rear tire went flat. the vehicle drove across the highway and landed flat on the pavement. the contact and passenger flew 100 feet away from the vehicle and sustained injury, but was not hospitalized. a police report was filed. the vehicle was towed to a dealer and was in the process of repair. the manufacturer of the tire was notified, but did not assist the contact. the failure and current mileage was 13,000. nw | |||
