| The audio unit display lights do not come on when the headlights are turned on. the radio dial, clock, and hvac control switches are not lit. the only light on in the area is the small green light showing which hvac button has been selected. the instrument panel lights do light up are controllable with the dimmer switch. this problem came on suddenly - one night they worked when i turned on the headlights and the next night they did not work. so far this is a consistent problem. i have checked the fuses; none were blown. as a driver i can cope with the problem this time of the year, but as winter sets in and the windshield needs to be cleared of interior fog with the defroster i will not be able to see which control to hit creating an unsafe situation. this was/is a problem with earlier model years (2003-2004) of this model run. in 2007 honda issued a 7 year/100,000 mile warranty extension letter for these years. there is also a service bulletin for these repairs. *tr | |||
