Air conditioner in 2009 honda accord won't work. brought to dealer and they say a rock hit the condender which is located in front behind the openings in the bumper without any screen or protection. they do not cover in warranty and we have to file with our insurance which may raise the cost. someone my husband works with has the same year accord and this has happened twice to them and honda will not cover. seems to be a design flaw which is costing consumers and their insurances money.
