| Tl- the contact owns a 2009 honda accord. while driving through the intersection approximately 5 mph a vehicle on the opposite side of the road over-passed the vehicle in-front and crashed into the contact vehicle passenger side. the seat belts failed to restrain, the side and frontal air bags didn't deployed. the contact received injuries to the face, chest back, hand, and ear the passenger at the drivers rear received injuries to the face, neck and, back, the passenger on the right side received injuries to the back and stomach. calumet city police report 1041078. the failure and the current mileage were 27,000. li | |||
