| Tl* the contact owns a 2011 honda accord. the contact stated that the driver seat was extremely hard and was making it difficult to sit properly while driving. the vehicle was inspected by a dealer and they advised her that the vehicle was designed in that manner and the construction of the vehicle could not be modified. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was contacted and they offered no assistance. the failure mileage was approximately 400. | |||

| The trunk lid on my wife's 2011 honda accord came down and hit my forehead and caused a cut and bleeding. the honda trunk lid does not stay up in any position other than all the way up. they have no safety devices installed on the truck lid as other vehicles have. this trunk lid has hit my wife and i a few times. when we push it up, we expect it to stay up in all positions like other cars. this is a unsafe condition that could cause a serious accident to anyone not familiar with this situation. i went to the honda dealer and also wrote to their headquarters and they said that there is nothing they can do about the trunk lid. it would need a modification and we don't do that. please look into this serious safety problem. the power of the lid coming down so fast cloud cause serious injuries, to adults and children. | |||

| The trunk on the 2011 honda accord does not stay up unless you push it all the way up. i was loading a bag into the trunk and the trunk came down and hit me on my forehead. i received a cut forehead. this is a safety hazard and someone could get seriously hurt. my wife was hit a couple of times and i was hit. if a short woman/child can not push the trunk all the way up, it could come down and cause a serious accident. please investigate this serious safety hazard. a modification can be made by installing a door holding device available in many other vehicles. i brought the car into honda and they say there is nothing they can do. there are no safety warnings on the trunk. *tr | |||
