| During a rear-end crash at 40 mph, passenger seat literally broke in half and landed on a child in the back seat (who was 5-point restrained correctly in an approved car seat with tether), causing a leg and head injury, as well as a neck injury to the person in the passenger seat. there was no impact on the passenger side of the vehicle. we have photos of the broken clip and totaled car if you need them.*ak | |||
