| Tl*- the contact stated that while driving her 2006 honda civic at 40 mph, she tried to apply the brakes but could not get to the vehicle to brake on time before it collided with the rear end of another vehicle. at the time of the collision the contact and passenger were wearing seatbelts, and the damaged was in the front end of the vehicle. the air bags did not deploy and the vehicle was not was towed. the driver suffered injuries on her neck and was experiencing chest pain and had to be taken in an ambulance, the passenger did not need medical attention of the time of the incident, but since the incident has been experiencing soreness. the failure mileage was 18,000 miles. the contact can provide police report if needed. | |||
