| 2005 honda cr-v. consumer states grinding noise and tire wall deterioration *tgw the consumer stated when the tire wall deteriorated it pulled apart wedging between the axle rod and tire and was beginning to shred the tire. a month later, she noticed the plastic tire wall on the driver's side had also started to disintegrate and was breaking down in a similar fashion. in early july, while driving, the plastic front piece on the grill on the front of the vehicle came loose and starting flapping up and down. *jb | |||

| 2005 crv tailgate ajar light illuminates when on rough surfaces or on the highway. *ts the light indicated that the door may be open. sometimes it was a false alarm, but in some cases the door was not closed securely. *jb | |||
