I have complaints about the safety requirements of the head restraints on newer vehicles. i understand the physics behind the safety feature of having the head restraints tilted close to the drivers head. however, if you drive with your head already close to a head restraint that is not tilted (as found in the older vehicles 2004 and older), you will still get the same safety and the head restraint is much more comfortable and it doesn't cause pain. you need to review and amend your requirements of this safety feature, because currently, the tilted head restraints are causing more harm (and pain) than safety to us drivers who drive upright. *tr

Tl*the contact owns a 2007 honda cr-v. the top of the head rest protrudes forward into the contacts head, leaving her neck exposed. the dealer stated that the seat was designed in that fashion. the manufacturer took down her information and created a file. the current mileage was 9,300 and failure mileage was 300. updated 01/02/08. *lj the consumer stated the headrest can not be adjusted adequately for passenger to rest. updated 12/12/07 *tr

I bought a honda crv 2007. the second row of seats has a small division that can lean forward. if a child puts his arm between one of the other two seats and the small section and another person returns it to it's vertical position the child's arm can be injured. that can happen if a toddler is seating on his carseat in one of the side seats. *jb
