| Tl- the contact owns a 2011 honda crv(na). the vehicle left and right rear seats head rest are defected. while he placed the child seat in the left, and right rear seats he was not able to remove the head hear rest, the safety seat was not able to securely lean against the vehicle chair back, and there was a large space between the safety seat and the vehicle chair back. the manufacturer was contacted they sent instruction on how to remove the head rest, but he was not able to remove the head rest. the failure mileage was 200 and current mileage was 1, 2000. li | |||
