| Complaint received via e-mail. while riding about 60 mph on i-10, slidell, louisiana. front passenger's side tire suddenly blew. out. rip was in sidewall, about 2 3/4 inches long (teardrop shape), bottom of teardrop at least 1/2 inch from tread. other end of ripped ends in sidewall between m&s and p215. had oil changed, and tires checked at royal honda, metairie, la, before this trip. plies tread: 2 polyester + 2 steel. sidewall-2 polyester. made in japan. *ak | |||
