| The sliding doors to our 2010 honda odyssey have failed to close. the problem is that the roller that they run on brakes and causes the door not to close. it will open but not close. this has happened to us three time and it was today towed to the dealer for the second time. the safety issue is that this can happen anyplace such as a stop on the shoulder of a major highway to switch drivers. when the door does not close the car will not allow the transmission to get out of park into gear. there we are stuck on a major highway and not able to move. if we get out of the car we can get hit by a car. it is a very dangerous situation and needs you immediate attention | |||

| On at least 2 occasions, the passenger side door failed to unlock even when using multiple methods to unlock it. even when the knob on the door was lifted manually, the door would not unlock and open. after trying different things (key fob, auto door unlock button, manually lifting the locking knob), it finally opened. we thought it was just a glitch when someone tried to open the door at the same time that the door unlock button was pushed, but since reading a report of a similar incident on an odyssey, there may be a problem with the locking mechanism. once the knob was lifted manually, the door should have opened regardless. | |||
