| I was driving my 1998 honda passport at a speed of 35 mph on a clear day, on a straight level road. the weather conditions were clear and the road conditions were good. the vehicle was in good shape with no prior accidents. at one point a vehicle cut in front of me and i ran into the side of the vehicle. the honda was a total loss. the airbags failed to deploy! i sustained severe injuries to my neck. if the airbags had deployed i would not have sustained neck injuries. nothing was done to correct the airbag deficiencies and there is no maintenance schedule to determine if indeed there was a deficiency in the airbag system. *tr | |||
