| Tl*the contact owns a 1999 honda passport. he stated that upon starting the ignition in the driveway, the vehicle suddenly and abnormally accelerated and crashed through the garage door. neither the manufacturer nor the dealer was notified. there were no injuries. the contact's insurance company was overseeing the repairs to the vehicle. this was not the first incident where the vehicle attempted to or accelerated without intent. previously, the vehicle had been taken to the dealer on numerous occasions; however, the dealer could not duplicate the failure. the police arrived and a report was filed. the failure and current mileages were under 213,891. | |||
