| My honda prelude was rear ended by a raised 4 wheel drive chevy truck. i was at a complete stop and the chevy rear ended me going about 45 mph. the impact was so intense i lost grip of the steering wheel and my head jerked forward hitting the steering wheel. the airbag never inflated, despite the high impact hit,or my head hitting the steering wheel. as a result i am now suffering from neck and upper body injuries. due to the extent of the damage the car was taken to the salvage yard. *nm | |||

| Vehicle overheated, consumer was informed that the head had cracked between 2 head bolts and the crack had opened up a passageway between the oil and water passages, causing a mix of oil and water, at this time the consumer became aware of a recall regarding the balancer shaft retainer and feels that this faulty part was the reason for the vehicle overheating, consumer is requesting partial reimbursement, when vehicle was repaired a defective cylinder head assembly was installed, this part lacks the passageway for the proper functioning of the exhaust gas recycling system and caused vehicle to fail the smog check, consumer is also requesting reimbursement for this faulty part and repairs caused by the part. *slc | |||
