| Tl-the contact owns a 2002 honda s2000. while driving approximately 50mph going around a curve he lost control of the vehicle. he stated the back tires lost grip of the pavement and force the vehicle into a spin. he stated he ran off the road into the forest. his injuries were a claps lung, broken ribs, and a contusion. the other passenger had a broken collar bone and a broken neck. a police report was filed. he stated the air bag did not deploy. the vehicle was destroyed. the failure and current mileage were 97,000. vwb | |||
