| Tl-the contact owns a 2004 honda st1300 mototrcycle. the contact stated that while replacing the tires, he noticed that the rear wheel bearing was very rough. the contact expressed concern over the possible seizing of the rear wheel. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer, where the contact was informed that the rear wheel bearing was fractured and needed to be replaced. the bearing was replaced. the failure had since recurred on four occasions. the vehicle was taken back to the dealer after each failure, where it was repaired. the failure mileage was 76,895 and the current mileage was 143,500. kmj | |||
