 Tl- the contact owns a 2011 honda shadow phantom vt75c2b. the contact stated while traveling between speeds of 40 miles per hour his motorcycle violently begin to shake. he just recently purchased the vehicle. the vehicle was taken to the manufacturer, for a failure diagnostic. the manufacturer offered the following three diagnoses, on separate occasions: flat tire, bent rims, and loose screws, in bearings. the vehicle to date was not repaired. he was allowed to ride a new vehicle of the same make and model, and he experienced the same failure. the failure mileage was 240. the current mileage was 1500. rds
