| Tl-the contact owns a 2006 hummer h3. the contact stated that when driving at 65mph, the brakes suddenly locked up and the vehicle began to decelerate. the stabilizer light became illuminated right after the failure. the contact shifted into four wheel drive and drove home. the next day, the contact had the stabilizer activated again and the failure occurred. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealership but the failure could not be duplicate. the failure occurred again in october 2010 and almost caused an accident. the vehicle had not been repaired at the time of the complaint. the manufacturer had not been notified. the vin was unavailable when the complaint was filed. the current mileage was approximately 78,000. the failure mileage was approximately 73,000-bk | |||
